Juvenile's Daughter Killed By Her Brother

On Thursday evening, Anthony Tyrone Terrell gunned down his mother and two sisters at their home in Lawrenceville, GA according to the Atlanta Constitution. The 17-year-old boy shot and killed both his 11 and 4 year old sisters as well as his 39-year-old mother.
Joy Deleston was an actress who appeared in locally produced films as well as a 7 ½ year veteran of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s office. Her daughters, Jelani (4) and Micaiah (11), also died of gunshot wounds. The youngest daughter’s father – according to child support papers -- was rapper Juvenile. The rapper, whose real name is Terius Gray, has yet to comment on the incident.

Police responded to reports of shots being fired at the home and when they arrived, found a bullet in the house next door. After entering the home, they found Micaiah and her mother dead inside the front door. The officer’s then went upstairs and found the body of the 4-year-old. Officers were still at the scene when Terrell arrived at the house.

"Investigators interviewed Mr. Terrell and as a result of the interview, there was enough probable cause to charge him with the murder of his mother and two sisters," officer Illana Spellman stated to the newspaper. The motive for the shootings is still under investigation.

Terrell was a sophomore at Central Gwinnett High School and has been charged with three counts of murder and three counts of aggravated assault. The firearm used in the slayings was recovered after Terrell advised police where he disposed of it.

People close to the family were shocked by Terrell’s actions as a director who worked with Deleston noted that the boy was “a good kid.”

The 8-year-old fidgeted with the microphone on the witness stand as she faced the man she says raped her.

She spent nearly two hours testifying this week against Johnny Ray Satchell (above) in an aggravated sexual assault trial.

The state, as well as the defense, rested Wednesday afternoon after two days of testimony.

Closing arguments begin at 9 a.m. today in the 364th District Court.

Satchell is charged with seven counts of aggravated sexual assault for the alleged rape of the daughter of his former girlfriend over a prolonged period of time. If convicted, he faces five to 99 years or life in prison.

Through two days of testimony, Satchell, 29, has remained emotionless - staring straight ahead and stone-faced as allegations were made against him.

The child testified that Satchell raped her "a whole bunch," in numerous rooms in her house, as well as at her aunt's house.

She also testified that he groped and kissed her, as well as forced her to perform other sexual acts.

An expert witness from the Child Advocacy Research Examination Center testified that the girl tested positive for gonorrhea and that she had scarring near her anus.

Following an investigation, Satchell was indicted in August 2006 on 12 counts of aggravated sexual assault. He is on trial for counts one through seven of the 12.

After a warrant had been out for his arrest for several months, law enforcement officers found Satchell in Hemphill County and he was arrested.

Louisiana rapper Mystikal's bid for freedom was recently denied by a parole board, AllHipHop.com has learned.

Mystikal is currently serving a 6-year sentence for sexual battery and extortion, after he forced his hairstylist to perform sexual acts on him and videotaped the incident, after the woman allegedly stole $80,000 in checks.

The parole board’s ruling means that the chart-topping rapper, who has been incarcerated since 2003, will in all likelihood finish out his full sentence, which equates to roughly two years.

The rapper, born Michael Tyler, is being housed in a prison in Homer, Louisiana.

Sources told AllHipHop.com that Mystikal is maintaining a positive attitude during his incarceration.

"Mystikal is in great spirits, despite the parole board's decision not to release him," a source told AllHipHop.com. "He's been writing and focused on his career once he is finally released."

Mystikal, a Desert Storm veteran, released several critically acclaimed albums for record labels like Big Boy, Master P.’s No Limit Records and major label, Jive Records.

The Grammy-nominated rapper broke through in 2000 with the hit singles "Danger" featuring Nivea, which hit #1 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop singles chart and "Shake Ya Ass," a hit single produced by The Neptunes.

Mystikal’s most recent album was Tarantula, which spawned the single "Bouncin’ Back (Bumpin Me Against the Wall)."

He can also be heard on Ludacris’ "Move B**ch," and Lil’ Jon & The Eastside Boyz’ single "I Don’t Give a F**k."

After viewing this film, I am now convinced that Natalee Holloway may have been sold into sex slavery especially after it was revealed that a sex trafficker was in Aruba the week she vanished.

Last year, Madeleine McCann's (3rd photo) parents were suspects in her disappearance but now authorities think she may have been the target of sex traffickers which is prevalent in Praia de Luz.

This film takes you into the inner workings of international sex trafficking.

Two of the most disturbing scenes in the movie: 1. The traffickers are in transit with abducted children and women in the back of a van when they decide to stop at a "pedophile rest stop" to make quick cash. They take a child outside, put her on display and a pedophile pays $80 dollars to take her into the nearby woods where numerous pedophiles are sexually assaulting children. 2. A eight-year old Thai boy is put up for auction on an encrypted password protected website and sold to a man in New Jersey for $25,000, before the boy was delivered to the man, he was shot up with meth. Keep in mind, this film is based on actual events.

One of the 13-year-old victims in this film was abducted in her neighborhood while riding her bike. The kidnappers side swapped her, she hit the pavement, they picked her up and threw her in the backseat of their car.

There have also been cases of women being abducted from cruise ships and followed home from bars.

The victims are always threatened with "harm will come to your family" if you try to escape.

This movie is very disturbing but should be recommended to parents traveling with their familes and single women traveling overseas. You can rent this film from netflix.

ATLANTA (Feb. 6) - For the first time, health officials report that the AIDS virus can be spread by a mother pre-chewing her infant's food, a practice mainly seen in poor, developing countries.

Three such cases were reported in the United States from 1993-2004, government scientists said Wednesday in a presentation in Boston at a scientific conference.

It's blood, not saliva, that carried the virus because in at least two of the cases the infected mothers had bleeding gums or mouth sores, according to investigators at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The first involved a 15-month-old African-American boy in Miami, diagnosed in 1993. His great-aunt was infected with HIV and pre-chewed food for the boy when he was between the ages of 9 months and 14 months.

Then a 3-year-old Caribbean-American boy was diagnosed in 1995, also in Miami. His HIV-infected mother pre-chewed food for her son.

Still uncertain they had definitively connected the practice to the spread of HIV, the doctors wanted more evidence. It was years later before they could confirm a third case, which occurred in 2004. A 9-month-old African-American girl was diagnosed with HIV in Memphis. The mother began pre-chewing the girl's food when she was about four months old.

Sherman Burnett (13) went after this little girl (6), who, according to him, had thrown a rock at him. Once he caught her, Sherman pulled this little girl off into the woods, beat the living daylights out of her and sodomized her.

Sherman Burnett beat the girl so badly that she had half an ear torn off, her liver had been lacerated, she had a skull fracture and she was covered in bruises from the crown of her head down to her thighs.

Having satisfied his urges, Sherman walked off and left the little girl, who was beaten so badly that she couldn't walk, to die in the cold night air.

After crawling through a hole in a fence that was near some railroad tracks by her house, the girl was able to cover herself with enough leaves and keep warm enough to survive the night.

Thirteen hours after she had disappeared, she was found at 5:30 the next morning less than 200 feet from her house by a police officer during a massive search of her neighborhood.

While recovering from her ordeal in the St. Louis Children's Hospital, the police brought her a few yearbooks to look at in the hopes that she would be able to pick out her attacker.

She had absolutely no problem identifying Sherman Burnett Jr. from his yearbook picture.
During interviews with the authorities, Sherman Burnette blamed the girl for the attack, stating that if she hadn't thrown the rock at him, he wouldn't have attacked her. While he denied that he had sexually assaulted the girl, he did admit to state employees that he had beaten her up so badly because he was trying to keep her from remembering anything.

Sherman pled guilty on the 10th of August, 2007, to sodomy, attempted rape, kidnapping and assault.

In what seems like an attempt at dissuading future youthful offenders, now-15-year-old Sherman Burnett Jr. was sentenced to 60 years in prison after the judge mentioned that was how long the victim felt her attacker should be locked up.

The judge gave him 20 years for each count of child kidnapping and assault and 10 years for sodomy and attempted rape.

Sherman will be unable to be paroled until he serves at least 85 percent of his sentence. This means he will be in prison for the next 51 years.

When told he would spend the rest of his life in prison, he seemed to have no problem with it, accepting his fate in true stoic fashion.
