On Wednesday, Iranian members of parliament voted to discuss a draft bill that seeks to “toughen punishment for disturbing mental security in society.” The text of the bill would add, “establishing websites and weblogs promoting corruption, prostitution and apostasy,” to the list of crimes punishable by death.
In recent years, some Iranian bloggers have been sent to jail and many have had their sites filtered. If the Iranian parliament approves this draft bill, bloggers fear they could be legally executed as criminals. No one has defined what it means to “disturb mental security in society”.
Such discussion concerning blogs has not been unique to Iran. It shows that many authorities do not only wish to filter blogs, but also to eliminate bloggers!
Sources say Erykah Badu is pregnant with her 3rd child. And the child’s father I’m told is none other than her producer Jay Electronica. If true, this will be Jay’s first child and I’m told Erykah actually wants to get married. Jay is the 4th rapper she’s been linked to (her first two children are father by Andre 3000 and D.O.C. and she dated Common) and I hear he’s super happy about the news. As for the truth in this, time will tell…
I HOPE HE DONT START DRESSING FUNNY.LOL.BUT CONGRADS FAM.I HOPE IT WORKS OUT FOR YOU.
POSEN, Ill. — A suburban Chicago man admitted he locked his two little girls in a wire cage hidden in the back of his pickup truck, police said.
Ricardo Gonzalez of Midlothian was arrested Monday after a woman at a gas station in Posen heard a crying child and spotted him pushing small hands back into a cage, police said.
"She didn't think this was right and notified police right away," Posen Deputy Police Chief Vickie Paggi told the Chicago Tribune.
Gonzalez was taken into custody before leaving the gas station.
Gonzalez admitted to locking his girls, ages 2 and 5, in a cage to control them so they wouldn't run away, police said. He had erected a wire cage behind the driver and passenger seats of his Chevrolet S10 truck, police said. Black-tinted windows and a large plywood board in the truck's window back window concealed the cage.
Gonzalez told police he used the cage because he didn't have a baby sitter. Police said the girls did not live in the cage around-the-clock.
The 35-year-old faces charges of misdemeanor child endangerment. Cook County prosecutors were exploring Thursday whether the charge could be upgraded to a felony.

Rapper Nelly has suffered terrifying experiences with stalkers - including a crazed fan who claimed to have given birth to his son. Nelly insists he has been targeted by dozens of fanatics over the years, but only took action after a woman turned up at his house accusing him of fathering her child.
Nelly insists that he had never seen her before and was forced to take the unnamed woman to court in a bid to stop her harassing him.
He says, "I've had so many stalkers that lie about me and write stuff on my MySpace (internet page). I had this woman drive over to my house from Texas back in 2003 with her son in the back of the car.
"And she swore that I was from Texas and her son was mine. I felt sorry for the kid. She'd been telling him he was mine for as long as he could understand. He was 14 at the time and I was like, 'What, did I have him when I was 12?'
"I had to get a restraining order out against her in the end. It was scary, because I didn't know what she was going to do next."

We reported last week that the Feds may indict rapper Young Jeezy before August due to drug trafficking allegations brought to their attention by a former Black Mafia Family (BMF) soldier.
Our law enforcement source reveals: The Feds are even more determined to bring Jeezy down since a urban blog reported this week that Jeezy allegedly paid $750,000 in cash to buy his former (famous) girlfriend an Atlanta mansion and then gave her the deed to the property. According to reports, he also bought this woman a six figure condo and it's rumored, he also bought her a Ferrari.
Jeezy also drives a $250,000 Lamborghini despite sluggish record sales.
Our source adds: "Law enforcement and the IRS is wondering, where did the money come from for this extravagant lifestyle?"

Young Jeezy spills the beans in the latest issue of Vibe magazine, saying that, “Keyshia asked me to marry her, bought me a ring and everything. She not gonna tell you different. I was grown enough to tell her, Look baby, that isn’t what it is right now. I’m trying to get my shit together. I’m trying to get my money, take care of me and mine.”
I FEEL YOU FAM.DONT SURRENDER.LMAO
Things have been going downhill for rapper Young Buck ever since his declarations to "Fuck G Unit" got him aired out on the Internet by 50 Cent. One of the chicks over at Baller Alert went to his concert in D.C. last Thursday and said only 20 people showed up! They say the promoter was mad as hell too, made Buck pay for his own hotel room and everything and wouldn't even let his entourage in the club without paying. Then they canceled the show he was supposed to do the next night.
It was a decade ago Kenny Anderson, then a Boston Celtics point guard, set a standard that has helped define the filthy-rich silliness of NBA players.
With the league two months into a lockout, Anderson lamented times were so tight, he might have to pare down his fleet of luxury automobiles.
He confided to The New York Times he owned eight cars, including a Porsche, a Lexus and a Range Rover. He was thinking of shedding a Benz.
Seen 10 years down a prosperous road, Anderson's parking garage looks downright quaint. With the average player's salary having approximately doubled in a decade to $5.36 million (U.S.), the definition of NBA excess has become, well, more excessive.
"I've seen (an NBA player) having two cars a day to drive. You know, 14 cars," said
Raptors sharpshooter Jason Kapono the other day. "Think about how absurd it is. You say 14 cars. All right, you may have some kids, a family of nine. But a single guy having 14 cars?
"It's one thing if Bill Gates wants to do that. But when you're 22 years old and you don't even have kids yet, it's not good."
Kapono, then, wasn't the least bit surprised when a representative of the NBA Players' Association addressed the Raptors recently on matters of financial prudence. A statistic was cited during the meeting that startled some of the hoopsters. It was said that 60 % of retired NBA players go broke five years after their NBA paychecks stop arriving.
Roy Hinson (NBA rep) said he knows of a current NBA player who owns 15 cars – said unwitting athletes have been charged as much as $5,000 a month for bill-paying services and as much as a $100,000 to have their taxes prepared by unscrupulous agents and business managers.
"If you never check up on someone," said Raptors guard Darrick Martin, "you become a target."
Public stories of NBA players in financial trouble occasionally make headlines. Back in October, Jason Caffey, who made an estimated $29 million during his eight-year NBA career, was in bankruptcy court seeking protection from his creditors, among them the seven women with whom he fathered eight children. And late last year Latrell Sprewell, who famously turned up his nose at a $21 million contract offer – "I've got to feed my family," was the money quote – had a yacht worth more than $1 million repossessed.

Yesterday Forbes release their annual Celebrity 100 list. It breakdown each celebrity based on power ranking which is all well and good but who needs power when we can have checks?!
Although #26 on Forbes Power Ranking 50 Cent landed in the #2 pay slot behind Oprah Winfrey bankrolling $150 Million last year due in part to the $100 million come up he enjoyed after taxes last summer when his Glacéau VitaminWater was bought by Coca-Cola as part of a $4.1 billion deal. 5o’s portfolio includes G-Unit clothing, G-Unit records, plus films, videogames and a slew of platinum albums, including last year’s controversial “Curtis.”
Landing at #7 on the power list but #10 where it matters mo$t, Jay-Z had a huge year with most of his activity happening in a one week timeframe. In April Jay signed a $150 million, 10-year, recording, touring and merchandising deal with concert diva, Live Nation and then days later married his longtime boo, (and #11 on the money list,) Beyoncé on the roof of his New York City penthouse. He also managed to revitalize his music career with his platinum unofficial movie sountrack “American Gangster.”
Well whenever we’re talking money and celebrit you know Michael Jordan has to be part of the discusssion. Having retired close to 10 years ago, Mike is still doing it with the Jordan Brand which is now doing $800 million a year providing him with residual royalty that doesn’t look to be a fading income source anytime soon. He’s also in his first year as the head of basketball operations for the Charlotte Bobcats.
Coming in at the #27 Power slot/ #50 pay rank is the flamboyant Mr. West. Despite Kanye trumping 50 cent in a friendly album release rivaly with his now double platinum “Graduation” Kanye landed at #50 in pay rank with an estimated $30 Million in earnings due in large part to production credits for Jay-Z, Alicia Keys and Diddy. He also took home top honors at this year’s Grammys awards.
Others of note include: Tiger, Diddy, Shaq, Kobe, Lebron, Alicia Keys, Serena Williams, and others.

This bi-polar acting rap figure may be lashing out at everybody because his constant drug use has made him impotent.
He's violent, unpredictable and goes in unprovoked rages. His significant other is very scared of him and often locks herself in a room to avoid his temper tantrums.
It's not uncommon for him to put a beatdown on a woman at the drop of a dime.
He's a big mess and is currently undergoing a meltdown. The drugs have him paranoid and jumpy.
Escorts consider him an easy trick because he can't perform but in the past, he always tried to blame the girl, saying, "you're not sexy enough." But, he finally came to the conclusion, it's not them because it keeps happening, regardless of the girl.
This once respected man has become a shell of himself.THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A BLIND ITEM FROM THE PANANCHE REPORT,BUT IM SURE YOU WOULD HAVE GUESSED IT WITHOUT MY HELP
